Join a 6 week programme to increase your walking and improve your confidence if needed.

Meeting once a week on a Thursday morning the group will follow a new route around or near to Llandovery. You will walk for approximately 2 hours at a slow to medium pace and each week the route will be slightly more challenging.

Hints, tips and advice will be provided to improve knowledge and confidence in route planning and walking safely. Everything will be enjoyable, relaxed and assistance will be given as and when needed.

Participants must be able to walk for 2 hours and climb over stiles, with or without assistance.
